    I learnt a lot but the company still has to improve in many aspects.
    The good thingsMost employees are nice. I learnt all things on my own since no one endorsed tasks to me when I started. I also learnt a lot from this company.
    The challengesIf there problems present, some employees have the habit of putting the blame on other employees. The company should also set concrete tasks for each position and have firm company policy which will be applicable to all employees.
