Good for fresh grads looking for experience but career growth is almost non-existentThe good thingsThe company has a very corporate approach in managing its staff. Salary is on time and HMO is available upon 6 months of tenureship.
The challengesAcademic freedom is non existent. The design is great at first but it limits opportunities for skill development (planning and developing). They provide seminars and trainings with CPD units but growth within the organization is far-fetched. Salary increase is too meager, just some amount above a hundred.
