    A fruitful experience.
The good thingsStaying in APEC gives you an opportunity to explore your strengths, available coaches that always asking if you are doing good or not. They also provide necessary needs that will help you in facilitating your students.
The challengesSince this is my first job, I never thought of having a separate teacher for Onsite and Online Classes, however this challenges gives me more time to think for the best strategy that me (online teacher) and my onsite counter part be aligned with our tasks.

Good for fresh grads looking for experience but career growth is almost non-existent
The good thingsThe company has a very corporate approach in managing its staff. Salary is on time and HMO is available upon 6 months of tenureship.
The challengesAcademic freedom is non existent. The design is great at first but it limits opportunities for skill development (planning and developing). They provide seminars and trainings with CPD units but growth within the organization is far-fetched. Salary increase is too meager, just some amount above a hundred.

Had an amazing experience as an LF
The good things1. No Lesson plan 2. Laptop/Chromebooks are provided 3. Nice working environment 4. Good collaborative experience with colleagues
The challengesIt was a fun experience working at APEC, though there are times that challenges may happen but all we have to do is accept each challenges because it will help us to improve more of our skills and will also help us to discover more skills.

    Good for New Teachers
The good thingsI had great mentors and there was coaching. My colleagues are not toxic. The workload is best for starting teachers.
The challengesThe salary is low and for entry level. It will not change whether you're licensed already. The promotion is slow also.

This company is great for starters
The good thingsGreat training; people from the chain are totally hands on. Guides are provided you only need to execute the material.
The challengesLots of trackers to catch up. Volume of work is expected since there are lots of students to deal with. Remuneration issues.

APEC Schools taught me a lot most especially in my development careers, I was able to improve my self when it comes to communications and leadership skills as a Teacher, on how to be professional, having a growth mindset, be more responsible, how to manage my time and many more which I am proud of.
The good thingsHaving a development careers, meetings with other people, learning to other things and having a good relationship to my colleagues and students.
The challengesSo far I don't have any challenges experienced.

The challengesSalary increase depends on the number of students enrolling every year.

Great co teachers, terrible leaders and management
The good thingsThe curriculum is great and co teachers are great to work with.
The challengesThe management makes abrupt changes in the middle of the year without seeking its teachers feedback. The leaders are incompetent.

    Great school for a start
The good thingsThe members of the team (I was blessed to have lovely ones in the branch I was assigned to), trainings, provision of laptop to use and less paperwork as they have content team to create guide lessons.
The challengesA good salary for a start but no assurance of higher compensation even with long years of being with the school. In-depth training on content to teach specially Life Labs. I love their MCH but school could strengthen teaching values to the kids.

    Excellent if you're starting out
The good thingsThe training for both education and non-education majors is top-notch, school provides CPD units, devices are provided, dental and health coverage is complete, work-life balance is relatively good, and opportunities to advance are yearly presented.
The challengesThe salary is low, facilities are not always efficient, workload can shift drastically from easy to difficult, and class sizes are high.

The challengesThe institution needs to compensate their teachers with higher salary.

    Overall experience is good.
The good thingsThe students are awesome and my co-teachers are great. The curriculum as well is unique.
The challengesThe challenges in this company are: the salary and benefits; supervisors that are not effective, not helpful, and needs more a massive training in handling subordinates and subject matter expertise. Also, the policies changes quite often without checking/soliciting feedback from its front-liners - the teachers.

    My Experience at APEC Schools
The good thingsThey have good benefits for their employees, within 6 months you can have HMO already. They provide in-house training for their employees. Fresh graduates can really learn a lot from the training that they have provided for their employees.
The challengesThe salary is low. The management keeps on having changes in the company at the middle of the school year. The academic freedom of the teachers is limited since lesson plans and assessments are provided and the teachers cannot change or edit immediately the content given on those lesson plans and assessments. Some employees does not show professionalism and keep on talking about someone behind their back. That is why the workplace becomes toxic for some employees.

A Challenging Time at APEC Schools
The good thingsWhat I like about this company is their training for the teachers because you will really learn a lot from attending those training like teaching strategies, how are you going to handle different types of students, etc. I do not have any problems in interacting with the students.
The challengesThe company always have changes in the middle of the school and it makes the faculty and staff confused on what to do. They have good benefits for their employees but the challenge here is the salary. The salary for the teachers is low but they keep on giving tasks that is already beyond the limits of the teachers.

APEC SCHOOL is a good place to start your profession as there will be many experienced people who will coach you to become a better learning facilitator
The good thingsMost of the people in APEC are always willing to help each other. Some of the training are really helpful especially if you are just starting. The one on one coaching of the masters teachers are also helpful
The challengesThey have policies that they change in the middle of the school year as it will affect the overall of the company. In some cases we don't even have a say

    Fulfilling Yet Very Challenging
The good thingsSHS program really works. HIgher ups tend to be very creative in bridging the gaps. Co-workers are friendly, too. Select employees are given special assignments, which I can consider as professional growth. Medical and dental benefits can be used upon regularization (6 months regardless of the position). There have been discretionary bonuses every year (of course based on the company's capability to release funds).
The challengesSeems to have manpower shortage. Salary is a bit low as compared with other companies'. Change is literally everything and everywhere; there were times when it's hard to catch up. PA system is erratic and erroneous; it needs to be more systematic. Communication across all deparmtents needs overhaul.

Worst when it comes to the welfare of employees.
The good thingsThe first year was systematic not until the succeeding years wherein they had a organizational changes. The excellent coaches/trainers were replaced but average ones who are not even experts on the field they're in.
The challengesPoor compensation even with the Over Time payment.

The job is unfulfilling in the long term
The good thingsThe schedule is very lenient and easy to work around. The school is very large but is in a skeletal workforce which gives you opportunities to work in multiple jobs.
The challengesThe management is not held by people with a background in the education industry. The financial management is frugal and is difficult to get things done.
