High Pay vs. High Stress Culture
The good thingsCompetitive Salary and Benefits, Modern Great Looking office, and good employee activities like weekly wellness activities.
The challengesToxic culture mainly contributed by managers up. Ability to self-learn is a huge advantage and be careful to commit a mistake as there is a high chance you'll get embarrassed. Better to mind your own business as people tends to talk.

Great Compensation and Benefits but Bad Culture
The good thingsGreat Compensation Package and overall benefits. Good employee engagement activities (but most are done when nearing employee engagement survey)
The challengesFlat Organisation. Toxic Culture. Senior/Management Level unwilling to pass on knowledge and take time to teach. Data driven to the point that employee engagement is approached as a metric with no sincere follow through. Many are money driven.

Aon is a good place to work for if you are looking for a stable career - since it provides a good salary, good benefits, a family-oriented atmosphere. A testament to this is that a good number of Aon employees have stayed in the company for 10-15 years. But if you are a young or mid-level professional looking for a dynamic work environment, efficient and effective processes, and a multi-cultural working environment, then this might not be the best fit.
The good thingsSalary was good, and the people are very nice (family-oriented).
The challengesThe processes and internal support services are not very efficient or effective. You may be frustrated by so-many "non-negotiables" (e.g. paperwork) that you have to comply with.

    Great working place!
The good thingsThe good things are actually the great things. As an Intern on their company, the IT Department is really good and really let me to explore ideas and they share their experiences without a doubt to improve my working skill. They also have BIRTHDAY CAKES for the celebrant!
The challengesThere's no actual challenges on working for the company except for the traffic because it is located at Ayala Ave. at Makati City.
