    The good thingsANZ takes care of it's employees very well specially in this time of pandemic. Company culture is the best I have seen in my whole working experience. Flexible schedule arrangement.
    The challengesSystem needs improvement. Some Managers tend to promote people they are close to and not because of merit. Work load is also a challenge. Low year end bonus.

    The challengesI have tried applying for a higher post given my previous experience in people management and being part of quality, but I got denied twice and they opted for the ones who didn't have any experience.

    The good thingsThe culture of ANZ is the best I have ever experience in my 16 years of working.
    The challengesNone. Our account was scaled back onshore which was planned >3years before I exited, despite that ANZ has assisted all its employees who were made redundant even after exit. Truly an amazing employer.

    Love the culture and being part of an Australian company
    The good thingsI have moved to different role/team within ANZ, always a good learning opportunity and chance to get promoted. It’s a bit different because you need to apply for a new role, go through interviews to get promoted, not “wait” until your manager recommends you for a promotion. The culture is great, company values the people! Great initiatives to help employees and the community. I can come in and work as early as 7am and leave by 4pm!
    The challengesAt the end of the day it’s still a bank so we still need to work through regulatory and a lot of approvals for anything you want to do.

    The good thingsBenefits, Retirement Plan, HMO, The Big Bosses, Their care for the employees.
    The challengesAll that I can say is that ANZ is a really good company to work in. I can't remember any challenges to put in because whenever I think of ANZ I can only remember good things.
