Ms Javier was recognized for her almost two decades of work in Anihan Technical School which helps young women from low-income families in the Philippine's CALABARZON area by giving them access to education and skills training.Anihan with its Livelihood Center received the award for the EBESE Best Small Enterprise from the ECOP Institute for Productivity & Competitiveness Foundation (EIPC Foundation) and Red Ribbon Bakeshop, Inc. The award recognizes the Anihan Livelihood Center's "exemplary productivity improvement application and performance under the EBESE Program in partnership with Red Ribbon Bakeshop, Inc. as Big Enterprise Partner".
