Juanga.Here at ANCJA&IDI, we place the highest value on client input and industry expert advice in our design approach. We believe that it is only with close collaboration with our clients that we will be able to strike the perfect balance between form and function. For us, no client is too small and no project is too big. We treat all our clients as our partners, with the understanding that they are the end users and their satisfaction is the primary gauge of our success.Our firm has been involved in a number of projects ranging from office buildings, residential condominiums, houses, townhouse pocket developments, factories, warehouses, and industrial Structures. Several of our projects are located in the periphery of the Makati business district, holding distinct places in the Makati skyline.

    Experience wise specially for fresh grad is great since the office is under manned so you will have the opportunity to do different tasks such as designing, doing technical drawings, specs, site works and the like.However, the firm has one of the worst admin you can ever encounter.
    The good thingsExperience in this firm is great since you will have the opportunity to design, do the technical drawings, and do site inspections. The firm has great and challenging projects. Workmates in the production, the principal architect, as well as the senior architects are great to work with.
    The challengesThe firm is under manned so overtime is always expected even on weekends. There are also additional policies and penalties imposed without consulting the workers first. A recurring problem in this firm is on how the admin handle the problems in the office and they always tend to power play. It is also hard to have a work-life balance in this firm.

    The good thingsI learned a lot of interpersonal skills, gained a lot of friends and of course, experiences that led me to become a better person.
    The challengesMinor improvement on the relationship between the administration and its employees would be best. I believe a good working environment makes up for whatever any company may lack.
