Working in this company would be a mistake
The good thingsInitially the salary eventually you will realized that they will continually dumped you in additional task.
The challengesInteracting the difficult people everyday. This company is full of difficult people and the management appears to tolerate that. Probably, the management thought that would inspire the employee to work hard.

Not recommended to apply here if you have a growth mindset
The good thingsVery responsive HR team. Allowances for managers.
The challengesVery toxic work environment. There are some bosses who are arguing in front of employees that should be settled privately. Inflexible hours and work arrangement during the pandemic. Management prefers employees working to office. 1 minute late in biometrics = deduction in salary. Unreliable accounting system. TB not equal to SL amounts. There are also unproductive work hours because of server downtime. Hard to file leaves. Still paper-based.
