Needs improvement in Management The good thingsOffice space is nice and ambient. The pay and bonuses were nice at first.
The challengesThe bonuses are not based from performance but on their revenue. So, no matter how well you perform you will not get compensated from it. Increase is not that much also. They will make you submit a Career Development Plan but will not support you on your growth. Goodluck getting paid on OT as well. All of it would've been tolerable but it doesn't help when the manager on the team is so toxic in so many levels.
