    The challengesThere are several challenges such as meeting the deadline to close your project and provide results. But with the helping hands of your team, it is impossible to miss your target.

    The good thingsOffice space is nice and ambient. The pay and bonuses were nice at first.
    The challengesThe bonuses are not based from performance but on their revenue. So, no matter how well you perform you will not get compensated from it. Increase is not that much also. They will make you submit a Career Development Plan but will not support you on your growth. Goodluck getting paid on OT as well. All of it would've been tolerable but it doesn't help when the manager on the team is so toxic in so many levels.

    The good thingsThe benefits and perks are good, there is an employee stock purchase plan. As well as medical and health benefit with life insurance.
    The challengesThe experience may vary, but on the test development side, the management sets unrealistic goals and expects you to perform on the next level with a really low salary.

    The good thingsMy internship at Analog is a great experience for me since I learned some technical skills that is currently used in the present industry such as the design of certain circuits and learning how to use SPICE and apply the skills you learned to make a real contribution to the company. You are not treated as a student, you are treated as an employee so prepare yourself.
    The challengesThe only challenge that you will most likely encounter is the travel/commute to the company itself. They have shuttle buses so make sure to take note of the shuttle bus routes.

    The good thingsPeople here are really approachable and understanding. Benefits are great and the company prioritizes the health of their employees through recreational activities and health benefits.
