Good start of for fresh graduates, not sure if this company is a good choice in terms for long term career.
The good thingsDaily meal allowance, Employee coop. Shuttle service. Lean organization.
The challengesHeavy workload. Management is sometimes hard to deal with. Low or no salary increase when I was an employee. HMO benefits is so-so. Little to no progression in terms of career development. No work-life balance. Overworked DL. Some people pretend they know something but when you ask them for help, they always are busy or can't be disturbed.

The challengesif you have an issue, you will be mentioned in your meetings, and they will make you feel how less of a person you are. low salary increase. if you're not the favorite of your superiors it will be hard for you to have a good grade in your KRA.
