    Good start of for fresh graduates, not sure if this company is a good choice in terms for long term career.
    The good thingsDaily meal allowance, Employee coop. Shuttle service. Lean organization.
    The challengesHeavy workload. Management is sometimes hard to deal with. Low or no salary increase when I was an employee. HMO benefits is so-so. Little to no progression in terms of career development. No work-life balance. Overworked DL. Some people pretend they know something but when you ask them for help, they always are busy or can't be disturbed.

    Process Engineer (more than 5 yrs experience)
    The good thingsFor the 1st 2 to 3 yrs of working in here, you will be challenged and motivated. Great experience for fresh graduates. You will learn how to handle stress, multitask and work in minimal supervision. Advantage also is their shuttle service (with aircon) since wide range of locations are offered.
    The challengesEmployees tend to experience burnout due to heavy workload. 4 different packages with 5 stations are being handled by 1 person wherein other companies have separate engineers per process and per package. Managers will not acknowledge the difficulty of this heavy workload. Instead of hiring more people they will combine different departments to be handled by 1 group of Team Members (maybe cost cutting?). Employees tend to feel demotivated due to non-acknowledgement of their capabilities and success. Another challenge is handling of customer feedbacks. Eventhough the issue is not process related, for example admin related issues, Process engineers will be the one to provide all investigations and 8d reports. No participation from production. Poor implementation of RACI rule!!!
