    Working in an Amicassa
The good thingsWorking in an Ayala Land Company, good colleagues.
The challengesLow salary and very small yearly increases. HR really needs improvement. The only good thing before was the quarterly rewards, but they’ve removed that now, so there’s no real reason to stay. Management is new and shows little empathy toward employees. Better to try another Ayala company instead.

Great perks and valuable experience, though industry-specific skills may not easily transfer.
The good thingsWhat I appreciate most is the people I work with—they’re approachable, collaborative, and create a welcoming environment. It’s the kind of team dynamic that makes it easy to learn and contribute, especially for someone like me who’s just starting out in the corporate world. I’m excited to gain hands-on experience, grow professionally, and explore where my strengths lie, even if I’m not looking for a long-term commitment just yet.
The challengesOne of the challenges I’ve observed is the cyclical nature of the real estate industry. Market fluctuations can lead to periods of uncertainty, and at times, this may result in organizational changes such as role redundancies. While I understand that this is part of the industry’s dynamics, it can make long-term stability more difficult to anticipate.

As I was starting in Amicassa, I enjoyed my work. But in the long run you would realize that you're not growing. You'll be stuck forever in your current position.
The good thingsIt was an Ayala Land Company, nothing more.
The challengesThe compensation and benefits is not ok considering it was an ayala land subsidiary. The Heads in Tax Management Unit is terrible, they would drain all your remaining energy. No work/life balance!!!! And, if you're looking for a career growth this is not for you. RUN!!!
