Good as training ground for fresh grads but being regular is a challenge, Highly political.
The good thingsGood training ground for Newbies, competitive salary.
The challengesWhen I was working there, the challenges I faced is how they regular their employees, It's more like you were already inside the company yet you need to apply for your regularization and be on bench training, If your supervisor doesn't feel you, you can't be endorsed.

    Working in an Amicassa
The good thingsWorking in an Ayala Land Company, good colleagues.
The challengesLow salary and very small yearly increases. HR really needs improvement. The only good thing before was the quarterly rewards, but they’ve removed that now, so there’s no real reason to stay. Management is new and shows little empathy toward employees. Better to try another Ayala company instead.

Great perks and valuable experience, though industry-specific skills may not easily transfer.
The good thingsWhat I appreciate most is the people I work with—they’re approachable, collaborative, and create a welcoming environment. It’s the kind of team dynamic that makes it easy to learn and contribute, especially for someone like me who’s just starting out in the corporate world. I’m excited to gain hands-on experience, grow professionally, and explore where my strengths lie, even if I’m not looking for a long-term commitment just yet.
The challengesOne of the challenges I’ve observed is the cyclical nature of the real estate industry. Market fluctuations can lead to periods of uncertainty, and at times, this may result in organizational changes such as role redundancies. While I understand that this is part of the industry’s dynamics, it can make long-term stability more difficult to anticipate.

As I was starting in Amicassa, I enjoyed my work. But in the long run you would realize that you're not growing. You'll be stuck forever in your current position.
The good thingsIt was an Ayala Land Company, nothing more.
The challengesThe compensation and benefits is not ok considering it was an ayala land subsidiary. The Heads in Tax Management Unit is terrible, they would drain all your remaining energy. No work/life balance!!!! And, if you're looking for a career growth this is not for you. RUN!!!

If you are interested to know how real estate business works, this company is for you.
The good things-company is a member of Ayala Group of Companies -appropriate if someone is interested how real estate business looks like -professional work environment -room for career growth
The challenges-basic pay is considerably lower if benchmarked to a similar role in another organization -office politics -Overtime is necessary especially if near month and year end

Good for Starters but stressful and needs more patient
The good thingsIt depends on the team you are in but generally the employees are very friendly and nice. You just have to know how to communicate with others. Health Benefits is something you want to get once you become regular as even your pregnancy is shouldered which is a good thing.
The challengesStressful. you gotta have patience to survive. If you are not into super multi-tasking, this is not the place for you. You will be pushed to the limit and it depends on how you will react. Work-life balance is not possible in this case.

Very stressful company and always treating us like lowly peasant.
The good thingsEmployees are very friendly. But the Management doesn't and never listen to their employees. Wages are not competitive and yet they are pushing their employees way beyond their maximum limits. Management doesn't care about your efforts and only outcomes. Bonus and incentives are always comes with a great price, more hardwork but no quality. They are so quantitative and doesn't value your quality job. Too many levels to reach managerial role. This is not a good training ground for most of fresh graduates.
The challengesToo many roles to fill in. No focus at work and mostly is to finished your tremendous and very hard jobs within day literally before 12 midnight. Doesn't care your personal life and very hard to please bossy bosses. So many levels / posts to accomplish before managerial roles.

The means for survival is real so expect the unexpected.
The good thingsExposure towards challenges, process and learnings for growth but this will be available in only selected people. Some colleagues are nice but not all. Bonuses and other perks are good but is based on scores on TAT and not on effort.
The challengesYou should really have wide patience and understanding towards your given role. You also must have a flexible way of adjusting towards the stressful environment. Some efforts aren't that appreciated, low salary and low increase rate. There are times that you 'll also being maltreated, not physically but mentally and physiologically so you better have a tough mind and soul to be able to cope up.
