    HIGH SALARY YES BUT MY MENTAL HEALTH COMES FIRST
    The good thingsThe basic salary is average but the incentives and benefits will be your leverage for not leaving this company
    The challengesPolitics. The management surely knows how to compensate you for making you work like a robot. They say that sales is not part of your job but tou need to offer it to customers. But if you are not “meeting the sales stats” then it’s your fault. All they care about are Numbers numbers numbers. Sales sales sales. Stats stats stats. You do not exist if you can’t bring these to the table. They definitely make you work very hard for the salary and incentives until you feel burnt out.

    The good thingsAmerican Express is a very generous employer. They value their employee a lot. They give lots of benefits and high salary, not to mention high incentives. People are very accommodating. They treat everyone as family.
