    The challengesAmdocs PH offers a hybrid work arrangement, which can be a positive aspect. However, there appear to be gaps in people management and internal processes, including within the APAC Talent Acquisition team. Accountability has not always seemed consistent, with a perception that at least one team member was exempted from corrective feedback or formal action, resulting in unresolved interpersonal concerns. As such, this may not be the best fit for those seeking a supportive, accountable, and toxicity‑free HR or Talent Acquisition environment.

    Not recommended at all. There are few who are good at their work but most are not. Everyone has their own opinion. No collaboration within department.

    The challengesThe management is annoying. No coordination within the management or higher levels. Poor transitions. No global process. Everything is in chaos.

    Salary is way too LOW from the offers outside
    The good thingsThe benefits are good, free meal and snacks, gifts, transportation allowance, mobile allowance.
    The challengesAll projects are tagged PRIORITY. You have to multitask working on your project with limited time for just 2-3 days only; while attending cascade meetings, daily sprints, supporting other systems and teaching newly hired employees which has better compensation than you.

    The good thingsEmployee oriented company. Amdocs is very supportive of employee growth with regards to skills. Make it Amazing is the company's motto. Amdocs is very much focused on making sure that all deliverables are delivered in time and that the service provided is beyond excellent.
    The challengesWith so much trust put into every employee, there are certainly high expectations when working for this company. I don't mind because I also want to give my best when it comes to the deliverables.

    No Work Life Balance
    The good thingsthe location is good, the pantry is good with good view on the landscape
    The challengesworking with foreigner always requesting for a meeting every 3hours, always in demanding, no proper management, all the project is plotted as priority! always working on weekend and holiday, working always at a minimum of 12hours a day (Overtime is no pay due to the position and yet they are still requiring you to work)

    The challengesThere’s no proper training for fresh grad, they expect that you know everything but they don’t teach you a basic that you need to know that you can help the team better. Not good for starting company

    The challengesThe challenging part working in Amdocs is when you need to adopt to your teammates most of m teammates are from the other side of the world but they are kind so I adjusted and fitted normally.

    Great Company to Start With
    The good thingsThe company offers good learning experiences for different concepts of building applications. You will be exposed to different architectures and approaches and will enable you to think critically and creatively.
    The challengesManagement does not seem to care about the well being of their employees. Unrealistic timelines were always given, causing employees to take longer hours/weekends. Overtime is compensated but pressure can build up if not handled well.

    My Amdocs Philippines Experience
    The good thingsThey offered me, in effect, the promotion that my previous employer could not give (i.e. role expansion + significant salary increase). I was given enough room to perform my duties without being constrained by too much red tape and I felt listened to whenever I made suggestions or recommendations. I had freedom to make decisions without needing approval from my superiors.
    The challengesIt would have been nice if they offered to send me to other mature sites so I could learn how they did things better and what I could bring home and apply to the local site. They promised me a team, but after 2.5 years, there was no progress on that front, even after countless follow-ups and discussions with my superiors. I felt my domain (IT Security) wasn't given the importance it deserved.
