Lots of experience yet not so good environment
The good thingsMany things that can be learned as everyday you will be facing new cases and require a little bit of critical thinking to mitigate issues faced by the customer which is fun and challenging.
The challengesThe environment is a lil bit toxic as not so much guidance are given, they assume that you have learned everything during training (training just shows happy flow procedure). You have to learn everything on your own. Have to juggle between operations part and sales. (Some leader might push you on sales really hard) The toxic culture between staffs should not be normalized.
