Since its inception, the company has been at the forefront of the real estate industry in Davao City.It is backed up by the solid group of companies of the late Conrado C. Alcantara, one of Davao’s most prominent pioneers. Involvement in the real estate industry was a natural offshoot of flourishing businesses in the Land of Promise. The Alcantara Group of Companies became one of the most renowned and respected group of companies based in Mindanao.
