    The challengesThe recruitment process needs improvement, particularly in terms of professionalism and communication. It would be better if recruiters clearly stated the salary budget for the role instead of asking candidates to guess the expected compensation. The hiring process should focus more on the applicant’s skills and qualifications while maintaining a professional approach throughout the interview process.

    Being an employee of this great company as Network and System administrator is one of a great experience, I learned and acquired advance skills related in IT fields and upgrading knowledge and growth of my abilities.

    Expectations does not meet reality
    The good thingsNo need to clock-in/out during lunch and afternoon break.
    The challengesHR seems to be lost and does not seem to communicate well with the accounting department. They never ceased to disappoint me during my whole employment period.

    Nice and Good Company
    The good thingsThe office is very good, very calming, and also clean. For the department I am in, it is very challenging but happy because you will learn many things as you go along. They never stop on learning and developing new technologies for the benefit of the Filipino.
    The challengesMaybe improvement on the admin side on releasing of papers and have a standard process for everyone but overall, it is good.

    stressful but tolerable
    The good thingsmy superior which is my mentor taught me a lot and i gladly appreciate her despite of being \"terror\". She has an excellent management skill and planning and she invest on me from the start. She trained me on my duty as test technician. i hate the way she yell on me every time but at the end of the day I highly appreciate it because i knew it's for my own good and it was the very reasons why i believed i excelled from the others. and if i am giving a chance again to work in this company someday, i honestly choose her as my superior. i'm very thankful that i had given a chance to become part of the team.
    The challengesthe company should invest more on product development, a testing lab perhaps. more employee benefits including for the contractual as well as regulars.

    The good thingsI've enjoyed worked in Allcard Plastics Philippines because of my co-worker, very nice people around in the company, they teach me to learn in my own, build trust to my co-worker and superior, i miss working with them and if they given my another chance i will work again in this company.
    The challengesi love challenges in this company, we are a-sign as technical engineer field work, we travel a lot to install the GSIS Kiosk but the saddest part, you will work on your own. I've been in BICOL for almost 2 weeks alone, but it was a great experience for me.

    Unpolished Contract
    The good thingsThe training was good and the environment. The training was good they teach us what we have to do regarding the work and how to be a professional towards our future client. The HR team was kind enough to answer our query.
    The challengesCommunication and unpolised contract they told us on the interview and orientation that the salary is piece rate and also on the signing of contract they told us that it is piece rate but 1 week later they decided to change it to minimum salary and it took our contract said that we will start within a week but It was moved to more than 1 month.
