Red flag upon red flag of a company. Don’t fall for it.
The good thingsZilch. Null. Zero. Nothing.
The challengesImprovements are possible when issues lie with the team, because management can step in and address them. However, when the cause of the problem is the management itself (especially when they are also the owners) it becomes much harder to resolve. The company’s management approach is deeply problematic, lacking a clear and structured system for evaluating both performance and character. This is particularly concerning given that the organization identifies itself as a “Christian”-owned company, where one would expect stronger alignment between values and practices.

WORST COMPANY EVER. this experience has traumatized me
    The good thingstrauma-bonded workmates
The challengesThe HR is pro-management and fails to protect the employees; Management on the other hand frequently emphasized “being professional,” yet failed to model that standard themselves. When employees expressed discomfort or raised concerns, they were dismissed or excluded rather than supported. This behavior was especially apparent when someone resigned—professional courtesy disappeared the moment management felt offended. This double standard created an unsafe and hostile environment where employees felt silenced instead of respected.
