The challengesThis company is the worst professional experiences I’ve had. While I came in with high expectations, the reality was a work environment that felt unsupportive, disorganized, and mentally draining. Management lacks consistency and accountability, and there is a noticeable gap between what is promised and what is actually practiced.
Workloads are heavy and often meet with unrealistic deadlines, expectations are often unclear, and there is very little recognition or support given to employees. Attempts to raise concerns do not lead to meaningful changes, which makes it difficult to feel valued or heard. Over time, the environment becomes more exhausting than rewarding.
The only positive aspect is the team at the same level, who try their best to support each other despite the circumstances.
Overall, I would not recommend this company unless significant changes are made in leadership, communication, and employee welfare.
