Having a small group of employees makes it easy to get along with each other. You get to meet different people and learn from them too. The management is very supportive.
The challengesOne of the toughest challenge was dealing with people with egos bigger than the aircraft we fly. Given that we are under an established company we could have chosen deserving individuals rather people who just know somebody.
