    The good thingsI enjoyed my job, like helping people. I am happy giving clients customer satisfaction. My co-workers and heads are happy to be with.....
    The challengesIf there is flight cancellation, we as agent/ticketing officer, we will not go home, we will stay at the office to solve the clients issues, most likely on their flights.....huggard for the meantime.

    I have a lot of experience as an aviation security and also as a security for almost 12 years and also when i was in qatar as a security controller in qatar foundation.
    The good thingsIve learned a lot specially when it comes to work as a costumer service in airlines and how to communicate with other foreign person.

    The good thingsCompensation and benefits are standard. The fact that it's a part of Ayala Group speaks very well of it's stature as company. Travelling for free is one of the perks. Having a small group of employees makes it easy to get along with each other. You get to meet different people and learn from them too. The management is very supportive.
    The challengesOne of the toughest challenge was dealing with people with egos bigger than the aircraft we fly. Given that we are under an established company we could have chosen deserving individuals rather people who just know somebody.
