    It was fine at first
The good thingsThe environment was great and the office was always clean. There is an aura or productivity in the air. The great thing is that when you are out of the office, no aspect of work is looming above your head. The additional benefits were great - HMO and SLs & VLs
The challengesManagement became horrible as time passed. Some teams would have more lenient bosses with more forgiving metrics and work tracking means (IR: regular excel) while my team arguably had one of the most strict metrics and tracking software - we were micromanagement, in short. Salary increases were a regular thing but they were low - not the place to stay as low tier employee.

    Generally good. Trainings are great.
The good thingsLocation (QC) is great as it's just a stone-throw away from where I live. Above industry average pay hence this would make you want to stay. Discretionary leaves (US Holidays) on top of 15 VL and 15 SL. HMO, Life insurance and retirement package.
The challengesTools are antiquated, unintegrated and rarely gets update, last update was actually a downgrade. Account was unstable considering it's an in-house company and the usual office politics. Unlike with other companies, facilities (sleeping quarters, shower room, recreation area) needs improvement. Average career growth since no one wants to leave.

Best company I've worked for so far.
The good thingsBenefits - 20% night diff, weekends off, HMO with 3 dependents (all in Day 1), following US Holidays with Discretionary leaves.
The challengesGrowth. The accounts are very stable since it is an in-house company. But career opportunities are rare.
