The challengesNo training was provided at all. You need to read something then you need to work already. No room for growth. This is the most deceiving one. They say that you can get promoted fast. You can only get promoted after a year if a vacancy exists. Meaning that the previous post was vacated. Low ball salary. Some employees have the luxury of working from home while others are forced to work in the office. They said it is full RTO but why are there some who work from home. Phones are not allowed. No sleeping area.
