Project Engineer / ManagerZenya, a rapidly expanding developer and operator of premium co-living space is seeking an experienced project manager/engineer.Responsibilities· Immediately recruit and hire an assistant· Oversee all aspects of the construction of multiple, simultaneous projects; buildings will range in size from 1,900 sqm to 3,500 sqm, and will be organized over six (6) floors, all within Makati and Taguig· Liaising on a daily basis with:- the general contractor (design and build)- electrical contractor- elevator contractor- Gen set contractor- coordinate the purchasing and delivery, with the aid of a dedicated purchasing manager, all owner supplied materials, which will extend to FF&E, REBAR, Cement· Participate in the bid and award process for all contractors· Working with in-house finance staff to control budget project costs· Provide bi-weekly project updates to senior managementExperience/Skills· Licensed Engineer with 10+ yrs experience with vertical construction· Would be an advantage to have had experience with dormitory or budget hospitality projects· Knowledge of CAD, GANTT, Microsoft Word and Excel· Articulate in both written and spoken Tagalog and EnglishSalary· Annual paid leave and statutory benefits in-line with market· Dependent upon experience, a competitive salary
