Mar 2023Good pay and money perks BUT poor people management and bad supervisor
The good thingsPay is good. money perks is exciting. pay rarely gets late. almost always a night or a day early. Financial officer is very dependable and kind. Immediate colleagues are generally ok.
The challengestraining is poor if not nonexistent. fear-based motivation. poor support if not none at all. they dont know how to manage people properly and they dont know how to train. job insecurity. disorganized management.
