    The good thingsEmployee development is present with the company in terms of internal and external training. Annual appraisal is also present though increase is subjective. Colleagues are relatively within the same group so the working environment is healthy. Office team building and activities are present to promote a \"balance\" lifestyle.     The challengesDuring my time with the company, it was in a transitional phase as the management team was revamped. A new president was in placed and the division heads were reassigned. Having a new division head with a different managing style effectively bombarded us with new work load. Trip incentives and quarterly bonuses were also put on hold during those months.
