I’m so grateful for the chance to be an intern at this company. As someone just starting out in the corporate world, every day has been a new learning experience that I’ll carry with me. From the very first day, the onboarding and orientation made me feel welcomed and part of the team right away. Even simple moments, like having lunch by myself in the pantry, felt like small victories that helped me adjust. What really stands out about this internship is the amazing support I’ve received from the HR team. They made me feel like I’m truly part of the family, offering guidance and encouragement every step of the way. The respect and equality here, regardless of your position, is something I really admire. This experience has taught me so much about HR and how it feels to work in a place that genuinely supports your growth. I’m incredibly thankful for the opportunity and everything I’ve learned along the way.
The good thingsI loved how supportive and welcoming the HR team was. From day one, I felt like part of the team. The environment was inclusive and I had the chance to learn and contribute to meaningful projects, which made my internship both enjoyable and valuable.
The challengesAdjusting to the fast-paced environment and the culture shock of the corporate world was a bit tough at first, especially with all the new tasks. But it turned out to be a great learning experience, helping me improve my time management, adaptability, and how I handle new challenges.

The good thingsThe opportunities and challenges. Trainings and the people. Very accommodating and helps you when you needed assistance and additional knowledge on certain itineraries. Will always check up on you when you are currently handling difficult account and is very considerate.
The challengesThe travel time. Sometimes, the travelers itself. you can't please them anyways. but overall, my stay with them is very fruitful and happy.

Working here is great because the people are great. New challenges are always more of a learning experience than a nerve wrecking one because you're constantly surrounded by people who are willing to help. There's always something new to learn. You can start discussing your career paths before you even become regularized as long as you work hard and work smart.
The good things-You're allowed to manage your own time. -Work environment. Chatting with your team mates while working boosts morale and reduces stress. -You won't get judged for making mistakes, you'll only be taught how to avoid them -Transparent paths for career development -No "toxic" clients, just challenging deadlines. -You get your own desk -Complete supplies needed to do your work properly
The challenges-Pantry needs improvement -Almost always overtime -Better training methods. I did a lot of work that I wasn't trained for -Arguably understaffed -Difficult work-life balance.

    Company with a high potential
The good thingsEmployee development is present with the company in terms of internal and external training. Annual appraisal is also present though increase is subjective. Colleagues are relatively within the same group so the working environment is healthy. Office team building and activities are present to promote a \"balance\" lifestyle. Health benefits, leaves and schooling subsidies are upon reg
The challengesDuring my time with the company, it was in a transitional phase as the management team was revamped. A new president was in placed and the division heads were reassigned. Having a new division head with a different managing style effectively bombarded us with new work load. Trip incentives and quarterly bonuses were also put on hold during those months.
