    Good company when you are starting your career due to trainings.
    The good thingsThey have a bootcamp training that will teach you with the latest technologies and teach you nihonggo lessons.
    The challengesToo much politics inside the company. Little to no work-life balance. It is rare to have a coding project, it is more on translation, documentation and testing. Lots of documentations that may cause the project to delay, and the management expect people to work OT for free.
