It is good to work here. The only downside would be the salary since it is not that competitive.
The good things- Allowance Benefits - Leave Benefits - Work from home (2 times per week, as of writing) - Working conditions (if not outsourced I think)
The challenges- The salary is not that competitive.

Good company when you are starting your career due to trainings.
The good thingsThey have a bootcamp training that will teach you with the latest technologies and teach you nihonggo lessons.
The challengesToo much politics inside the company. Little to no work-life balance. It is rare to have a coding project, it is more on translation, documentation and testing. Lots of documentations that may cause the project to delay, and the management expect people to work OT for free.

The work environment was positive with a light workload, but there was a lack of guidance and support from management in helping employees develop their skills.
The good thingsA good opportunity for fresh graduates without a specific career path in mind.
The challengesThere was limited career progression.

The good thingsWas lucky enough to have a good team lead.
The challengesNo proper time management on projects thus resulting in too always needing to overtime.

A promising company, still growing, still learning with bumps and issues that needs to be resolved
The good things1. Very good people and co-workers 2. Good company activities (pre-pandemic) 3. The management is really trying to make everything better (but still a lot more to go)
The challenges1. The company needs to focus on training it's employees more. Not only for new employees but for those who has been in the company for 3+ or more years 2. During the pandemic, upper management engagement to employees is almost zero. 3. Maybe due to budget constraints, not enough engagement with employees

    Unfortunate waste of time
The good thingsJapanese training, philNITS certification, you have salary
The challengesHuman resources development was a joke, I feel like I have wasted my life serving in this company - don't make same mistake I did. Senior management values are for robots and not humans.

    Regrettable experience
The good thingsOpportunity to be assigned in Japan. They have medicard coverage and stock options for the lucky ones.
The challengesCompany culture is money over safety - within my length of stay there were numerous times where this was proven. The company might want to prioritize safety over other concerns. Understanding that the number one asset of a company is it's people and not it's clients. Ethics could be improved, education on people management on the senior management side could be improve. Treat people as people and not as numbers.

Company culture and management is a BIG NO.
The good things- The people you work with everyday.
The challenges- Company Management is inconsiderate of their employees. - Low Salary Rate, overloaded work. - Low grade technical facilities. - Not a good company for fresh graduates, if you are craving for learning and growth.

    A Good Place to Start
The good thingsThe work environment isn't as stressful on a daily basis as my prior job ventures. Fresh graduates who are accepted into the company go through training in all important fields expected of them to be in once they pass training and join the others on the floor. Teammates are open to help you improve and learn, and managers also look out for you. Of course, it also means that you have to learn to reciprocate in that you don't solely depend on others to do the job for you.
The challengesSometimes the work requirements can suddenly scale up and requires being adaptable on the fly, especially in the development roles and during deadlines. Extra requirements such as Nihongo proficiency and being PHILNITS certified is also a must if you want to stand a chance to be promoted.

This is a great job for fresh grads :)
The good thingsTry applying and working here, you'll enjoy your stay and you will learn a lot from this company specially on hardware and software functionalities, you'll be able to understand a lot of things here. If you are a fresh grad, I encourage you to work here cause it'll be a lot of fun working with nice and good people you'll going to improve yourself to be more disciplined in time management.
The challengesThe deliverables and workload if you can't handle them just say so, so that they could help you not carrying everything by yourself. That's all thank you :D

Good Career development but very low salary
The good thingsThis company is a good start for fresh graduates as they offer an intensive training program including Japanese language lesson. They also offer an opportunity to work in different location (Makati, Alabang, Cebu or in Japan). They tend to assign employees in Japan after more or less 2 years working in the Philippines.
The challengesSince their client is Japanese, they earn in yen. So the salary is also very low. You can find a good starting salary at other company that is equivalent to your 3-year service. Even if assigned in Japan, you will be given allowance only. Overtime rendered while you are in Japan are not payed in Japan rate but will be paid in Philippine rate. No work life balance. Working hour is sometimes from 8am to 6am of the next day.

Good entry into the IT industry
The good thingsthe 5-month intensive technology training has instilled in me skills that are necessary in the IT development. Basic skills and processes that have surely been very useful during the actual development were all introduced during the training. Before starting actual development, there is specialized training of technologies that are used for the specific development team to be assigned.
The challengesThe projects were fairly balanced and senior team members are very supportive, but it came to a point when impossible deadlines were made and overtime work was required even through the weekend. Testing process is mostly manually done due to nature of the project, and so test cases need to be specific and descriptive as to avoid overlapping of similar test cases as well as cover many scenarios.

The good thingsProvided the training that will equip you throughout your IT career. Treat the employees fair. In-house Japanese lesson available which is an added bonus for those who are interested to have additional language skill. Good camaraderie are being encourage through different team building activities.
The challengesNone that I can name.
