Good but outweighed with bad experienceThe good thingsAOBS provided good training ground on HR facets. (not because they provided trainings, but the work experience itself exposed you to know and research and learn about what is expected from you)
Provided good opportunities to work with different stakeholders
The challengesThere are some facets that can be learned on your own but there are delicate tasks such as proper employee engagement, payroll, how to manage employees grievances, knowledge about Government statutories, proper stakeholder management, and others; that needs to be properly studied and have good training provided by the company (or the management)
**A good leader was placed and we were given proper guide on how to manage such
Co-workers are often untoward to employees that they don't like personally.
(Hoping that they will be provided training not to mix personal grievances in professional workplace)
Process-wise:
Some departments are very much willing to accept changes (improve processes using technology or any other methods)
But there are departments that refuses to change or improve process even though it means more meaningful and faster turn-around of work done.
