    Great place to work!
The good thingsADP has always been people centric, and I think this is their greatest strength that sustains them for more than 70 years now. The company equally give utmost importance to the associates and clients alike. I appreciate the "pay for performance" culture. The company has made a big impact in my life, especially during the pandemic. I've accomplished a lot in my life because I worked there. I will definitely encourage family and friends work in ADP.
The challengesHR Services - As an HCM company, I have very high expectations for the HR Team especially in terms for working efficiently and addressing associate concerns in a timely manner. Perception management - Since I left, I've been hearing about promotions no longer done because of merit. I hope this isn't true. Corporate Communication - The company struggled in terms of releasing clear communication. However, I've seen that the organization has done a lot in terms of improving on this matter and standing their ground. A good example on this is RTO, I hope this is no longer an issue for ADP PH compared to other OneADP sites.

ADP will give you a leg up in their products. People are like family. They care. It is just that the low salary cant catch up with the increase in living cost and there is no option for WFH.
The good thingsThe management and the co-workers are like family. I wouldn't have lasted more than five years without the wonderful people in the company.
The challengesAfter the pandemic, it all changed. Prices are high. Salary is now relatively low amidst the increase cost of living. RTO is also a problem with me as it is costly to go to the office.

Nice amenities, great benefits and care from higher-ups
The good thingsAlthough they offer a gym membership, you could work out in their mini gym near the cafeteria. Office was located nearby malls. Our Smurf trainer was patient and taught us well. Even as a trainee, I had the privilege to receive double pay. Even when I was retrenched, ADP still sent a care package during the start of the pandemic.
The challengesI believe certain people excel best in a BPO-like setting, which doesn't include me. I was unable to catch up to my more experienced peers and understandably, they would lay off someone who didn't perform as well. Someone was also stirring unnecessary drama. Finally, I was unable to adjust to the shifting schedule as I was going to work with my parents with their dayshift work so I lacked a lot of sleep, affecting my performance.

    It could've been better
The good thingsLearning and Development team is exemplary! From the managers to the learning consultants, they live and breathe the CORE values of the company. All departments and even the Security and Maintenance teams are supportive. You can always count on them. Except for the departments I am mentioning below. Compensation and benefits are something you would hardly get from other BPO & KPO.
The challengesIf you're someone who desires to work with people in operations, payroll, and HR who are mostly arrogant, act and treat other workers as if the world owes them everything, then this is the place for you. I am not saying all of them are like that, but most are.

ADP Philippines is the best company (for me)
The good thingsWorking environment was excellent! Our team leaders and bosses were treating us like family and not just employees. They're also easy to approach. Also, the company itself was great. It had lots of activities and events so you could relieve your stress.
The challengesI did enjoy working here but I had to leave because of health issues.

Training was great but politics is unbelievably dis
The good thingsthey make sure that employee have complete trainings. They commend each and every employee who performed at their best.
The challengesThe challenge is that some TEAM LEADERS don't even know the job of their team members. they lack job knowledge and just because of seniority they were made TL. In essence, team members can't expect support or assistance from their TL.

    Good learning experience
The good thingsI've learned a lot and gained a lot of knowledge and improved my skill set because of ADP.
The challengesVery stressful, high volume of cases. Stress level is thru the roof. Pay is not relative to the amount of work to be done.
