    It showed me how hard it is to be a recruiter.
    The good thingsThey treated me well, like an employee but as a student also that is willing to learn from them. It was fun working with them since they were good and the same time giving me experiences that I needed. All of them are great people. And I was happy that I got a chance to work with them.
    The challengesMaybe it is when I am experiencing a dull hour, or when applicants aren't answering my calls which is a bit uncomfortable. Since they would ask me for updates but I don't know what to give which is embarrassing for me.

    The good things*kind employer *good people ( I mean the Team Managers, Team Leaders, Management, co-agents) *Preferrable Working Schedules *Neat Working Area *Have a cafeteria with cheap but delicious foods (also have Jollijeeps in front of the building, I mean if you want more viand choices to choose from) *Monthly Activities *Recognizing achievements of the agents by giving them awards, certificates, tokens, gifts, etc

    The challengesMy challenges are how to call and talk the subcribers very well. How to give their concerned or inquiries regarding to their personal accounts. And how to give the best solutions.

    RIDICULOUS
    The good thingsPeople inside the company are nice and good.For the department where i was assigned and doing with is awesome cause it is really what i am looking forward for and the company is somehow supportive on it. people are really friendly and nice to be with. facilities is also somehow nice and cold.
    The challengesWhat I just don't like is the process and what they are doing in regards with some of the governmental contribution are not really fair. changing of process every now and then is not cool. which makes us to adjust for the new process and that a big challenge

    Worst Company
    The good thingsPoor management, poor compensation and employer is corrupt. They don't remit their employees government benefits. They keep on deducting employees salary for Health, SSS and Tax contribution but they don't remit the deduction, the company also refuses to give salary increase to its employees. Employees here always have salary discrepancies. Worst company I've ever been to.
    The challengesAs an employer, they should not cheat and get its employees benefits. They should remit employees contribution
