The work culture in Healthcare is very friendly. You can always rely on your team members, TLs, and Supervisors. There is not much they offer in terms of benefits. Adec is also generous in times of crisis, like when we encounter the account we are handling being closed, and they offer redundancy. In my six years there, they offered six months of salary. we've been in a WFH setup from 2020 since the pandemic started until our last day is Aug 2024.
The challengesIt depends on the account, actually. In Healthcare, since it is a 24/7 operation, it will be hard for the agent to get a decent rest, especially in backlogs, but in terms of incentive, you will be the one to work on how much you can get. Every day on AHOD the support team is required to do production.
