    The good thingsSome workmates are really helpful and easy to get along with. WFH setup is also an advantage.
    The challengesThe leads often micromanage employees and you'll feel like they don’t trust you enough. There is no clear division of duties. Some workmates just don't answer email even if it is very urgent and followed up consistently.
