Dedication is Key to be Trusted
The good thingsThe company asked me what my goals are in my career and they helped me achieve it. I have been a hardworker my entire life and really want to take on challenges and learn from it. I thought I was going to be fired the first time I made a mistake on a project but I'm still here despite my many failures. The managers are so understanding and thinks of employee welfare.
The challengesFrom time to time we encounter new members who are really difficult to deal with and everyone has to carry the burden. And because they are given chances, we have to deal with them a little longer even though they don't show any interest in the work that are assigned to them. I understand that I was once like them but at least I show that I want to really learn because I love what I do.

It was fun working but I have to move on
The good thingsI learned lots of things from experience using Drupal as the CMS. We were really pushed to acquire knowledge and do new things. I discovered how to use APIs and headless configuration in our projects. The pay is better than my previous company because its increase every year.
The challengesGrowth as a developer is good but what is lacking is growing in the career. It is hard to be manage other members when there's few people. It also adds confusion when JP team is explain the task that's why we always have to rely on our manager who is already busy with his tasks.

Competitive salary package and great team
The good thingsAbove average salary for beginners. Welcoming team members and management. Possibility of traveling in Japan.
The challengesI would really want to get more training and exposure to other processes. The company is still young so there is still a lot of opportunities for improvement.

Definition of Hardwork is Staying Late
The good thingsCompetitive Salary and Allowances A chance to work in Japan
The challengesTerrible Japanese Project Leads, They assign Japanese project leads with less experience in Project Management or even Website Development. Work-Life balance is a myth. No Project Structure. No Organizational Structure, all Developers have the same job description, regardless of their experience and skillset. Doesn't follow good software development Practices. Most of the time you have to work more than 8 hours. Offer time, and Overtime is the norm, not because you want it but because of the Japanese Culture. Definition of Hardwork is Staying Late at Work. They focus too much on the old Technology Stack, I'd rather spend my extra time to learn the new Technology Stack.

    Fast Employee Growth Opportunity
The good thingsExciting and fun environment Very generous CEO Performance based incentives Company paid certifications with no training bond
The challengesSince it is performance driven, you will really have to learn new things. You will be pushed to grow your skills
