    The good thingsYou'll learn a great deal of both personal and professional things from the people you work with The schedule is good, because it is fixed weekends off for my current post (and most of the level 1 posts too)
    The challengesAppraisal takes a while (for my case) Hopefully they'd offer free swab tests for the handful of people reporting on-site

    Great Management, The company knows how to value every employee.
    The good thingsI feel like home when I am working there before. The management was good and my supervisor was superb! if only it was near in my place, maybe I'll be working there still. I surely recommend it to people who are new in the BPO industry, or aspiring BPO employee. :)
    The challengesTravel time, I needed to give 3 hours of my time to get to work, and 3 hours again to get home. That's the only challenge I cannot bear to handle.
