    Excellent!
    The good thingsYou will learn everything that you need to know about how to enhance your God given talents and apply what you already know to the company. They are open-minded. They listen to your suggestions and they empathize every situation on-hand. They are pro-employee. You can be vocal about everything and they will try to help the best way they can.
    The challengesSometimes we would be undermanned due to the industry’s vast network, people come and go at a very fast rate making some of our shifts longer than usual. We would have some change in regular offs due to the adamant schedule of outside events and caterings. It usually depends on the season.
