    Benefits are good but the team that I was under to was a bit traumatizing because of the superiors.
    The good thingsThe benefits and the hybrid set-up
    The challengesToo much workload, tight deadline, little knowledge turnover but expectations are high. Need to render overtime, restday, and holiday. No boundary between work and personal life. TL needs to improve her leadership skill. Manager likes to humiliate and power trip employee especially new hire.

    The challengesSome of managers doesn't have empathy to your emotional/mental state, and once you are having a hard time they we push you to your limit and doesn't help you to get back on game again. Highly political managers.
