It is a challenging and at the same time a very comfortable place to work in.
The good thingsThis place has an open door policy. You can literally talk to your superiors whenever you want without feeling awkward or getting scared, and if ever you need their help, know that they are just behind you, waiting for you to ask them.
    The challengesNothing, really.

The good thingsThe salary was competitive compared to some BPO companies I've worked with. The work gets easier when you get used to the workload. The company provided some training as well.
The challengesUpper management could have hired/selected better managers, I mean competent managers to lead each department or team. Some managers had no experience at all with the work or department they were handling.

    Great Opportunity
The good thingsThis company gave me a lot of opportunity. When I started here I don't know anything about Financial accounts. I don't know how the stocks work, how banking works etc. This company taught me everything and I am really grateful to them. They taught me to believe in myself and they encourage me not to be afraid to came out of my comfort zone and show everyone that I can be a team player & be on top.
The challengesThe company should know how to take care of their employees. There came I a point where we felt that the company no longer appreciate all our efforts. We no longer feel that we are being valued as an employee and that we are asked to added work but not well compensated. I could have stayed for another 3 more years if this didn't happen.

    Thumbs up for the Lessons!
The good thingsThe working environment is more than conducive to productivity. Our Employers made sure that we didn't view challenges and obstacles as something negative but as something to overcome positively. The demarcation line between work and personal stuff were clearly defined and this gave out a professional ambience to the workplace. The weekly and monthly seminars & workshop worked wonders!
The challengesThe transition from the old management to the new one proved to be an obstacle. However, true to what the company stood for, the undesirables were weeded out along with practices that were detrimental to what the Company held in high esteem.
