    The culture was not good
    The good thingsClean desk policy, paperless, invested on different digitalized and online transactions (convenient)
    The challengesMy boss (AVP for Corporate Services) was not a good leader and applies micromanagement type of leadership style. Always conduct meetings (waste of time but no action at all). High attrition rate Long office hours from 8am-5:30 PM
