The good thingsClean desk policy, paperless, invested on different digitalized and online transactions (convenient)
The challengesMy boss (AVP for Corporate Services) was not a good leader and applies micromanagement type of leadership style. Always conduct meetings (waste of time but no action at all).
High attrition rate

The good thingsComply with labor regulations, above average work standard, can level with international standards, provide good welfare people, give back to community. Always drive to complete projects on schedule at all cost. Great learning environment for newbies.
The challengesSlow promotion and regularzation, Tend to maintain retirables in position for long time making juniors stranded in entry level positions. Very remote project locations. Supervisor to rank and file ratio low, in effect many loss time in unproductive work.

The good thingsThere are so many wonderful things about working for the company. My favorite is probably the flexibility I have with my hours. I also love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone. A lot of employees love their jobs because it looks great on a resume and allows them to gain a lot of knowledge.
The challengesOne of my big challenges will be adjusting to the new workflow and creating a new type of report to present to clients. My plan would be to ask a lot of questions when preparing my first report. I'll also ask a colleague to review the report before sharing it with the client.
