The challengesBefore the rationalization of our basic salary, I am not that so motivated in my work because in our unit, I have the lowest salary compare to my co-worker. We have the same task, we have the same output but we are not the same when it comes to our salary. I believe I've done more for the betterment of our unit but my salary did not compensate my contribution to the company.
