They work in a variety of industries, typically anywhere that has a human resources department, including businesses of all sizes, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions and government agencies. Overall, this role helps in shaping an organization's workforce by hiring individuals who best fit the company's culture, mission and strategic goals.
Tasks and duties
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
- Developing and advertising job descriptions to attract potential applicants.
- Headhunting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and performing skills assessment tests.

How to become a Talent Acquisition Specialist
