Tasks and duties
- Coordinating the activities and operations of electrical staff during construction, installation and repair work.
- Assigning duties to electrical staff and reviewing their completed work for conformance with blueprints, specifications and standards.
- Conducting safety inspections and checking that equipment is maintained properly.
- Providing guidance and training to junior electrical staff to enhance their skill sets.
- Solving electrical-related issues and troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Leading, coordinating and scheduling shutdowns and major projects.

Becoming an Electrical Supervisor in the Philippines involves obtaining an Electrical Engineering degree, acquiring practical experience, and overseeing electrical projects with proficiency and safety compliance.
- 1.Obtain a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
- 2.Accumulate several years of experience as an electrician or in related roles, typically in the construction or maintenance sectors.
- 3.Obtain a Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) license from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) after passing the licensure examination.
