A Customer Relations Officer may fulfill their responsibilities through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, or through digital platforms like email, online chat systems, or social media.

How to become a Customer Relations Officer
Employers may prefer a Customer Relations Officer with an undergraduate degree in business, communications, marketing, or other relevant fields. Some may accept a vocational diploma, such as the TESDA customer service courses. A Customer Relations Officer or other similar positions are typically open to fresh graduates, though 1 year of working experience in customer service is a plus.
