The good thingsThe challenge of having been able to analyze huge datasets, critical and logical thinking, and complex mathematics/actuarial computations.
The challengesWe have to take actuarial certifications and exams in order to be promoted. Exams are a bit expensive and sometimes companies do not support and shoulder such fees.
