If you are a JobStreet.com account holder, then there is a huge chance that you get Job Alerts from everyone's favorite career journey buddy, LiNa. While a lot of jobseekers are on the lookout for these blasts to reach their email inboxes regularly, some also find it a bit bothersome, while some admit that there are times when they find these job alerts spammy, if not unnecessary, because they have shifted specializations, industries, or leveled up in their careers. So, here are some points about these Job Alerts and what you may do to turn these emails into something that's beneficial to you.

Job Alerts from JobStreet.com a.k.a. LiNa comes from [email protected].

If you get a Job Alert supposed to be from JobStreet.com that does not come from that email address, exercise caution when opening it. It may be a scam or phishing email. Learn more about safely searching for jobs online here.

You may improve the suggestions LiNa gives you.

Job Alert 2 Are you not satisfied with the jobs LiNa offers you? Do you think these suggestions are far from your goals or what you really want for your career? Why do you still receive alerts about jobs for fresh graduates when you have already graduates 15 years ago. That may be because you have not updated your JobStreet.com preferences.

You have the power to make LiNa more better in the jobs she suggests to you. Make LiNa sharper by clicking on the Update Preferences link (it has a screw icon), which will lead you here:
