Solutions Architect

About the role

Shape scalable, secure, and maintainable technology solutions that align with business requirements. This role works across application, database, cloud, integration, and infrastructure environments, providing technical direction while supporting delivery teams with architecture, governance, and hands-on expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures.

• Define technical solutions aligned with business requirements.

• Review application, database, cloud, and integration architectures.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Project Managers, Developers, and Infrastructure teams.

• Conduct technical design reviews and solution assessments.

• Define API, microservice, and integration strategies.

• Support cloud architecture and deployment planning.

• Provide guidance on security, performance, and scalability best practices.

• Participate in project planning, estimation, and technical governance activities.

• Provide hands-on coding support for high-priority projects, including prototyping, troubleshooting, and implementing critical components when needed.

What we're looking for

• Experience in network and software development.

• Strong understanding of system architecture, application design, databases, cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and integrations.

• Experience conducting technical design reviews and translating business requirements into practical technical solutions.

• Knowledge of security, performance, scalability, deployment planning, and technical governance best practices.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with product, project management, development, and infrastructure teams.

• Hands-on coding and troubleshooting capability, including experience with prototyping and implementing critical components.

• Strong analytical, communication, and technical problem-solving skills.
